Immediately as you sign in and start your free trial, you’re greeted with a host of options to choose from. You can start creating an email campaign, create automations, build landing pages, and more; and Constant Contact will guide you through the process for each option.

Another of Constant Contact’s standout features is its audience segmentation capabilities.

Users can manually create audience segments based on things like location, list membership, custom tags, email activity, and more.

Additionally, if you choose to pay more for their Standard plan, Constant Contact can segment your contacts for you. This automatic audience segmentation divides your contacts into four categories, most engaged, somewhat engaged, least engaged, and everyone else.

From here, you can hone in on your most engaged audience and maximize your returns while minimizing your effort. Focusing on your most engaged contacts makes conversion easier, and thus you can profit significantly from it.
